I’m Vernon Lesser, CEO and Founder of Bull Market Capital & The Business Loan Academy.

Before I started these ventures, I ran a disaster restoration and commercial construction business. Things were going well—we had strong credit, steady growth, and solid operations. But when I applied for an SBA 7(a) loan to expand, I was turned down again and again. No clear explanations. Just roadblocks.

 

IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY

 

That experience changed everything. I decided to learn the system from the inside out. I studied SBA lending guidelines, figured out what lenders really look for, and developed a process to position deals for approval—even the tough ones.
